Biodanza
Biodanza, which means Dace of Life, is a system that integrates music, movement and authentic interactions to provide experiences of intense perception of being alive in the her-and-now.
Vivencias are doors to access primal emotions and help movement emerge that is the most natural expression of your true self. Vivencias follow the organic movements of life--its biological rhythms, the pusle of the heart, and the impulseto connect with others.
Continuous exposure to Biodanze strengthens your identity and relationship with life. The practie of Biodanza happens throught two hour weekly classes and weekend workshops. The experience is mostly non-verbal, which opens participants' communication and connection regartdless of their cocio-cultural background. No dance experience is necessary.

Wing Tsun Kung Fu
Wing Tsun is a style designed to be uncompromising in its effectiveness — neutralizing advantages inherent in greater physical size and strength through the use of angles, trained reflexes, and the borrowing of an opponent's force.
According to legend, WingTsun (詠春) KungFu was founded around 300 years ago in southern China by a woman. WingTsun is a system evolved to suit modern times. It is part of the training of many elite military and police forces, and practiced in branches of the International WingTsun Association in over 60 countries worldwide.
At Studio WingTsun, our instructors teach classes based on the IWTA curriculum, while customizing lessons according to each individual student's ability. They help students understand WingTsun principals and methodology, never bully students, and do not allow bullying in our classes

Pencak Silat Gerakan Suci
Gerakan Suci is a style of Pencak Silat based on Mande Muda as taught by the Suwanda family and uses martial techniques from West Java and West Sumatra, Indonesia. The focus of the training is on developing mobility and defense against multiple armed opponents.
Traditionally, most people in Southeast Asia carried blades, from work knives and farming machetes to ritual weapons such as keris and kujang. This lead to the development of a self-defense art that is evasive, deceptive, and punishing.
It is important to understand that weapons aren’t what you are defending against, the person wielding the weapon is. As such, most Pencak Silat techniques involve avoiding damage from an attack by evading the initial blow, defusing the attack by checking the weapon, and then neutralizing the attacker.
Guru Rennie is a life-long student of the fighting arts and has studied Pencak Silat since 1981. In his teaching he works to translate the cultural foundations of the art with the practicalities of Western self-defense needs.

Fuzuê
Brazilian native Arthur Aires Is an expert at creating fun workout plans that combine physical training, bio gymnastics, capoeira, strength and conditioning, plyometrics, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ground movements. Those strengthening exercises consist of the resistance one’s body provides. It also incorporates flexibility and breathing techniques to help with cardiovascular conditioning as well.
